Return Policy

We hope that your purchase is exactly what you wanted and that it fits perfectly! If not, then by all means send it back to us! We provide store credit or exchanges on all returns. This credit will never expire and can be used just like cash at ShopTheScrubShoppe.com. The credit you receive will be for the original purchase amount of the product(s) and any applicable sales tax. We aren't able to refund any shipping costs since these are paid to a third party. If your product was purchased with a temporary or one time use discount code you will receive credit for the discounted amount paid only.

We have just a few guidelines concerning our returns:
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags still attached.
- Products must be free of all stains, including any makeup and/or deodorant markings.
- All returns must be received within 14 days after you received your order.
- Personalized products and clearance products are not eligible for return.

Please send your return back to the address below with the issued packing slip, along with a note explaining if you'd like to exchange for something different or be issued store credit. Unless there is a manufacturer's defect in the product or a mistake in the personalization we applied, shipping costs are your responsibility. Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method to prevent the package from being lost in the mail. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit and credit will not be issued until they are received.

If you believe we have shipped the wrong item, defective merchandise, or incorrect personalization, please contact us asap to get the issues resolved.
